In 1873, Paul Reissman build a company called Mars Fahrrad-Werke AG & Ofenfabric producing stove and a stove made of cast-iron at its plant in Nuremberg, Germany.

Once active in producing these kitchen tools, Reissman intends to expand its market by making the siren is operated by hand, belt and machines, grinding machines and bicycles.
New in 1903 Reismann assisted by the workers constructing motorcycles and small cars. And one of the most legendary motor is Mars this white berkelir designed by Claus Franzenburger in 1920. Unfortunately, the triumph of Mars did not last long.
During the recession in 1923 until 1924 the company got into trouble and in danger of bankruptcy. And after the turn of the owners, Mars output motors distributed by using the nickname MA.
